Apple pie and cream is mouth full of heaven. I love this convention!!
Since I come here, I found a lot of yummy things... for example, fresh bread and strawberry cream and cream, apple crumble with cream, lemon slice, chocolate slice, and somewhat.
I found that Aussie's cream is thick and rich. I've never seen thick and rich cream in Japan. If I buy cream in Japan, first I need to whip, because it so runny; like milk! It takes for a while to prepare...
So I like Aussie's better. I don't have to whip at all and it perfectly smooth.
I already had an apple pie and cream today, but my tummy says more... I know it would be the reason why I put about 4 kilos since April. I know I need to stop eating a lot of sugar contain.
But I cannot stop, it is too good.
I definitely miss quick, easy, thick and rich cream when I go back to Japan.

Whisper of the heart
We watched the movie called "Whisper of heart" with year 8 at school. The story is about a girl names Shizuku falls in love with a boy who always borrows books before she does.
It is a love story, so most girls really like this film (so do I, it's one of my favorite Ghibli film) but boys didn't.
After finishing the movie, one girl asked me why Shizuku and Seiji didn't kiss at all. I've seen this movie thousands times but, I've never thought about that. And I thought it was interesting culture difference. I do not know about "anime" or "cartoon" but I feel most Japanese anime for children such as Ghibli don't have kiss scene. Otherwise, Western country's cartoon such as Disney has one. I could say it is the difference between Japanese and Western cultures.
As you know, most Japanese don't have a culture like kissing cheeks, hugging people, shaking hands or somewhat when say hello or goodbyes in Japan. We usually bow, and have some distance between people. For me, it is comfortable having that certain distance between people except my family and boyfriend. If people get closer enough to "my territory", I feel really disquieted. Sometimes I get bumps on my skin. Although, it hasn't happened here in Australia yet for some reasons. That is good I think. there is a prover that says "when in Rome, do as the Romans do", right?
